Mustard Live enables venue managers and patrons to interact with music supplied by Mustard Music. Depending on the features available to you, the App may allow you to view current, previous or upcoming tracks; like or dislike tracks; search for music; select playlists; review venue schedules; and open or save music using Spotify.

We use this information to provide App functionality and to create, authenticate, administer and support user accounts.
We use this information for analytics, including understanding how the App is used and improving its features and user experience.
We use crash logs to maintain App functionality and perform analytics. We use diagnostic and other performance data to monitor reliability, investigate faults and improve the App.

The App may allow you to open or save music using Spotify. When you choose to use an external service, that service may receive information directly from you or your device and will process it under its own privacy policy and terms. Mustard Music does not control the privacy practices of external services.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain accounts, fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
